Radish

Radish microgreens have an intense radish flavor with a pleasant peppery bite. It is a green crop that has a beautiful purplish-pink stem. They make a great choice if looking to add flavor and color to a dish. Some favorites are pizza, salad, sandwiches, sushi, and rice bowls. It is easy to replace sliced radish with this microgreen.
