Broccoli

Broccoli microgreens have a fresh and pleasant, mild broccoli flavor. It has a simple yet elegant appearance, a white stem with two green leaves at the top. Broccoli is an excellent garnish or addition for salads and smoothies. They are also favored for their health benefits.

Nutrients include: High in sulforaphane, antioxidants, Vitamins A and C, calcium, iron, and phosphorus.
