Why is it that most individuals fail to achieve a goal that is so important to them? There are many common excuses such as healthy food doesn’t taste good, too expensive and, too restrictive. Some say it takes too much time to prep and plan, it’s not convenient. Our goal is to remove as many of these barriers as possible. Healthy food is the best medicine and it should be available to everyone without breaking the bank. Microgreens are edible plants that grow well indoors in small spaces. Ready for harvest at about two-inches tall, and used within 1-2 weeks. Commonly called “vegetable confetti,” microgreens can have many different colors, flavors or textures, depending on which crops are used.
