Sunflower

Sunflower microgreens are crunchy with a mild, pleasant nutty flavor. They are equally good with sweet and savory foods. These are one of the larger microgreens, making them great as a base for salads. They also make an excellent snack and are a favorite of children.

Nutrients include: Vitamins A, B complex, D, and E, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus.

All microgreens can be sold for individuals (by oz), restaurants (by lb), or animal feed (by tray). See Pricing Guide.
